Last Christmas Posting Dates 
Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked is 12 noon Monday 16th December.
Please use our DPD Next day service after this date.
Last Posting date for DPD Next day is 12 noon 19th December.
We are still shipping via DPD Courier until Midday Friday 20th for Delivery Monday 23rd *- We cannot 100% guarantee this service - But if you are stuck for that last minute gift - Take a chance..!
Items ordered on Monday 23/12 will be delivered after Christmas.

 

GUARANTEED PRE-XMAS DELIVERY VIA DPD.

Fully trackable DPD parcels require a signature on arrival. The 'guarantee' relies on someone being at home to receive the goods. We cannot be held responsible for any non-delivery due to circumstances outside our control (e.g weather conditions / Courier strikes).

Please note all 'last posting dates' are recommended dates as given to us by Royal Mail and DPD. We cannot be held responsible for any delay to your delivery for reasons outside of our control. But we do promise to do all we can to help you if a problem arrises.

Please note all orders placed after 12noon on the 23rd of December will not be dispatched until the 30th December 2025.

Christmas Returns

Our returns period has been extended for the Christmas season. Any purchases made on or after 15th November in store or online can be returned to us up until 30th January 2025. Please send your return back to:

Please return via an insured method and retain a proof of postage.

Once your order is received we will process the refund within 3-4 working days.
