If you have placed your order online, you will receive an automated confirmation response from the 'orders server' within a few seconds of hitting the submit button. Receipt of an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we can accept your order or will be able to supply your order.
We try our best to maintain the sites prices, details and availability at all times but this cannot be guaranteed. If there is any problem with your order we will try to contact you. If this is the case and the goods have not been dispatched, you can of course cancel your order and we will refund any money you have been charged.
You will need to pay a delivery charge on orders, if your delivery address is outside Mainland UK this amount will always be subject to confirmation.

Please report to us within 10 days of your order date if you have not received your parcel. Any reports after 14 days of an order being despatched will not be able to be claimed for.
You can return any item you order, so long as it is returned in its original condition to the address noted on our Invoice (received with your order) within 28 days of the date of order. We will refund you the cost of the product. You must pay for the return postage of the goods. You will be responsible for return costs unless the item(s) are faulty. In this case contact us and we will advise you of the best method of return. You are responsible for any returned item(s) until they reach us.
We will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from the use of our website or from unauthorized access to, or alteration of your order data in any circumstances, further more we will not be held responsible for any of loss of profits, time or data.
